Return Process

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and gift boxes are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned gift, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
