How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes! We specialize in making gifts look beautiful. You can select our signature gift wrap option at checkout, which includes a hand-written note and premium packaging.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, there is a 'Gift Message' field where you can type a custom note that we will print on a high-quality card for the recipient.
